Abstract: Cloud computing is an on demand service availability of computer resources such as storage computation power without direct active management by the user Cloud contains a huge amount of diverse and geographical distributed resources It permits the sharing of resources from a homogeneous and heterogeneous location The Cloud resources are geographically scattered between various executive that are owned by different organizations In this environment a wide study of the scientific research field declares that effective processing and extraction design is the most requirements for improvement of effectiveness and efficiency Due to rapid increases in number of research methodologies in a Pharmacovigilance research data The Information Processing IP system in a cloud requires a time to time periodic update The explosive increase of the medical data in the real world has many challenges in present researchers to create and promote the development of big data mining The Pharmacovigilance analysis is a complex research issue in the field of medical science It helps to reshape safety in treatment for patients and also avoids adverse drug effects in medicines Moreover the geographical data can be applied in many scientific areas such as Medical Business and Agriculture In general Information processing and extraction is based on traditional matching appropriate techniques Most of the traditional methods are performed to retrieve information is inaccuracy and lack in Quality of service Therefore existing information processing and extraction techniques such as Spontaneous Reporting System Cohort Studies Clinical studies and Social media twitter data in related to find Adverse Drug Effects are insufficient manner newline
