dc.description.abstractKnowledge engineering field has many ambiguities like nonexistence of recent trends and technology updating conceptual mapping quality and reusability over emphasis on E learning versus formal learning expert utilization knowledge sharing inference system management etc This investigation has been done for E learning in higher education and it discovers many descriptions of knowledge retrieval system which respectively seeks an individual skill ability of the learners The subsequent developed system suggests the set of course with the adaptive curricula and corresponding syllabi to the learner The first contribution of this investigation is to develop a skill based education system through fuzzy knowledge modeling and it is used to increase the web based retrieval results of existing knowledge retrieval process The recommended fuzzy knowledge model has been used to analyzing an individual skill of E learners The proposed E learning system adapts andragogy adult education procedures and recommends a set of courses with the adaptive curriculum and syllabus to the learner To model the knowledge the fuzzy membership function and newly framed fuzzy rules have been used The second contribution is the development of E learning systems with improved results of knowledge representation It has been achieved through the Fuzzy Cognitive Map FCM for knowledge representation of skill based E learning newline newline newline
