Abstract: The use of natural fibre filled composites has gained importance newlinedue to the reduction of waste disposal problems especially in agricultural newlinefields and also finds various applications in Engineering, Electronic and newlineAutomotive fields. The usage of woven composites has increased over the newlinerecent years. The weaving of the yarn provides an interlocking that increases newlinestrength better than that can be achieved by fibre matrix adhesion. Realizing newlinethe advantages of natural fibres and woven pattern, these two factors have newlinebeen considered in the present work. The demand for fibre Reinforcement composites for structural newlineapplications are gaining importance in recent years due to the high specific newlinemodulus and strength of the reinforcing fibres. So far Glass fibre newlineReinforcement thermoplastic composites have been developed for newlinecommercial application for the automotive and other industrial sectors. In this newlineregard, many research attempts have been made to develop the natural fibre newlineReinforcement composite structures. But limited numbers of work have been newlineattempted in improving the form of natural fibre composite structures with newlineengineered yarn or fibre configuration by means of weaving or knitting newlinetechnology. Considering the said importance, a systematic work has been newlinedone for the development of natural textile composite with the reinforcement newlineof woven jute fibre and, woven sisal fibre. In addition, this research work newlinealso aims to analyse the optimized process variables to maximize the newlinemechanical properties such as tensile, flexural and compressive strengths of newlinethe composites. The research used the array of experiments as in Taguchi s newlineL9 orthogonal array for conducting experiments to minimize number of newlineexperiments. There are three different forms of composite production such newline newline
