Novel delivery systems for alpha amylase and papain design and evaluation

Abstract

Drug-and#946;-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes had been important tool in improving the stability, solubility and bioavailability of drugs. The therapy enzyme-and#946;-cyclodextrin is a new fact that needs to be explored. The aim of the present abstract is to report HP-and#946;-CD inclusion complexes of enzymes (and#945;-amylase and papain) and novel drug delivery (aquasomes) of these enzymes to enhance activity of these enzymes. The work essentially contained the preparation and evaluation of dosage forms for activity. newline
