dc.description.abstractThe present study deals with team cohesion, stress and motivation. These psychological factors help differentiate between college level and university level athletes. It is reasonable to accept that different sports events put different and sports specific demands on athletes. For example, it is obse1ved that psychological make-up of team athletes is different from that of individual athletes. It goes without saying that much emphasis is given on achieving higher standards of performance in sports and physical education. newline
