A philosopher newlineand a poet both concern with ultimate reality in relation to vision of human life. No newlinedoubt their approaches of revelation are different. Philosopher has power of reason, newlineanalysis and speculation following certain system. While a poet wraps reality of newlinehuman life with imagination. Moreover, inspiration and faith are important for poet to newlinecreate any work of art. A philosopher applies intellectual operations to fathom the newlinetruth as ultimate reality. He depends on scientific method. While poet applies his own newlineliterary technique to express ultimate reality. Not only this but a poet has his own newlinevision to see and analyse any object Aristotle rightly considered poetry to be newlinephilosophical. In poetics, he writes; newlinePoetry, therefore, is a more philosophical newlineand a highes, thing than history; newlinefor poetry tends to express the newlineuniversal, history the particular newlineThe same view point echoes in, Longinus idea that poets are above mortal newlinestature . Longinus in this essay On the Sublime. says that subline effect is produced newlinenot by Logical arguments, but by revelation of iccumination. Poetry is neither a newlinedream nor a whismsical utterances poet s imagination ofter travels beyond this world newlineof ultimate reality. Longinus believes that the poet is not whimsical but a gifted newlinehuman with higher faculties. He also wishes that the world would share his vision and newlinehis experiences of divine. The area of Mysticism and the span of literature is far and newlinewide.
