dc.description.abstract | To appraise the quality of manufactured pharmaceutical compounds and accurate estimation of impurities present in the desired chemical substance, appropriate analytical methods are highly essential. The presence of unwanted components even in micro/trace levels may impact the activity, safety and quality of drug substance/products. The level of impurity can be estimated by using highly precise UPLC/HPLC methods. Developed analytical method need to validate in a newlinesystematically approach to prove the efficiency of method for its desired use. The present research has been carried out to develope and validates new chromatographic methods for rapid estimation of related substances, enantiomers and assay of Pharmaceutical compounds. newline | |
