Abstract: This thesis titled as, Supply Chain Management Practices of Selected Infrastructural Mega-Projects present the findings and the results of the Ph.D. work, undertaken to find the impact of the SCM Practices and its individual variables on the Competitive Advantage and Organizational Performance of the infrastructural companies. Also in turn finding the impact of the Competitive Advantage on the Organizational Performance. And finally evaluating the impact of the demographic variables on both Competitive Advantage and Organizational Performance of the infrastructural companies. newlineBased on the literature review, researcher has developed a conceptual model for the study and Descriptive Research is conducted. Within the newlineselected seven infrastructural projects, Simple Random Sampling method is employed and collected data using Structured Questionnaire from the employees at and above the post of engineers those who were assignment by the companies working on these infrastructure projects. Data is newlinecollected from 306 respondents and the hypotheses developed are empirically tested using SPSS-16 and SmartPLS. newlineCorrelation, regression and structural equation modeling is used and results depicted that SCM Practices showed 72.8% impact on Competitive Advantage and 61.9% impact on Organizational Performance, also newlineCompetitive Advantage showed 68.6% impact on Organizational Performance. Finally ANOVA was used and the results depicted that demographics is having partial influence on Competitive Advantage and newlineis having major influence on Organizational Performance. Finally after conducting the research, findings are reported and recommendations are given to the infrastructural companies. And the research concluded with the limitations of the study and purposed future study.
