It is achieved when an individual s right to a fulfilled life inside and outside paid newlinework is accepted and respected as the norm, to the mutual benefit of the individual, business newlineand society. newlineA lot of research has been done over the past years for understanding the relationship newlinebetween work and personal life. newlineOptimum balance in life is obtained when balance newlinebetween the factors like profession, health, family, emotional, spiritual and physical is newlineobtained. newlineBalance newlineA neglect of newlineone factor jeopardises other. Achieving optimum Work Life newlineis an ongoing process. With huge variability in professionals and professions newlineboth it is likely that no single rule or theory newlineaspects, newlinerequirements newlinedemands newlinesimilarly newlineis common.
