Abstract: Employees are the building blocks of an organization. Every employee contributes to the newlineorganizational growth if he/she is properly motivated. Motivation has been derived from the newlineword and#8213;Motiveand#8214; which means needs and desire within an individual which can be for money newlinesuccess, Job. Satisfaction, team work etc. Motivation is the very strong factor among the newlineemployees to perform in the best of their abilities. Human nature is goal-oriented. It is possible newlinethrough motivation that the goal of human life can be handle and tackled . The role of a newlinesubordinate not only depends upon his qualification and abilities but also on his desire and newlinewillingness to work.. For getting best from his work the gap between ability and willingness has newlineto be filled by motivation. Motivation is a psychological factor involving human wants to be newlinetackled by framing an incentive plan. newlineMotivation is the internal condition that activates behavior and gives it direction; energizes and newlinedirects goal-oriented behavior. The term is generally used for human motivation. Motivation is newlineone of the most important parts of an organization behavior when we do some research of human newlineresource management. Because motivation is the fuel that drives a person to fulfill his goals, newlinewants, and needs.
