Abstract: AIM: To determine the anthropometric and Kinematic variables based on biomechanical analysis for the prediction of tennis serve. newlineMETHODS: For the purpose of the study, 30 male junior AITA (All India Tennis Association) ranking players from three different Tennis Academies (ten male junior AITA ranking players from Jiwaji Club, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh; fifteen male junior AITA ranking players from Gwalior Chambal Tennis Association (GCTA), Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh and five male junior AITA ranking players from Sportseed Pro Academy, Institute of Professional Studies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh) were selected. Purposive sampling technique was used for choosing highly skilled tennis players based on Hewitt tennis Test (for accuracy). To obtained reliable measurements, standard equipments like Camera, steel tape and anthropometric kit was used to calibrate the test under controlled conditions. The subjects were filmed on the sagittal plane. GO PRO HERO 5 with the frequency of 240 frames per second was used for the videography. Four moments were selected for the analysis i.e. stance position, preparatory phase, time of moment contact and follow through. The sequential photographs were obtained from the Videography. The stick figures of selected moments were developed from photographs by Kinovea Software to calculate selected biomechanical variables. The accuracy of the tennis serve was measured by the Hewitt Tennis Service Placement test items; the speed of the tennis serve was measured by Bushnell Speed gun. The selected newline3 newlinelinear kinematic variables were height of center of gravity at the stance position, height of center of gravity at preparatory phase, height of the centre of gravity at moment contact, height of the centre of gravity at follow through and the racket angular speed were measured through Kinovea software Version- 0.8.25. The selected angular kinematics variables were ankle at right ankle joint, ankle at right knee joint, angle at right hip joint, angle at right Shoulder joint, angle at right elbow joint,
