Abstract: ABSTRACT newline newline newlineDawdle epoch is a macro problem that almost everybody has to face, which causes a great squander of time. This cram endeavors to explore and focus on the novel approach of the framework for developing categories of queuing models related to strategic, tactical and operational problems of an airport terminal in the international airports in Kerala. The airport is the doorway of any country. This research highlights a triumphant application of queuing theory. It is intended to focus on finding the authentic relevance and theoretical contributions based on real applications. Thus, this work scrutinize, queuing theory applications over a spectrum of vicinity in airport systems. A mathematical queuing replica is developed in this research. newlineThere are three international airports in Kerala and the collection of data from these international airports was made for this research. The main idea of this research is to appraise the application of queuing speculation and to review the parameters involved in the overhaul unit of the airport terminal. Therefore, a mathematical model is formulated to scrutinize the performance of the checking in overhaul unit. Two vital results need to be known from the data collected in the airport by the mathematical replica: one is the overhaul rate provided to the passengers during the checking out process, and the other is the gap between the influx times (inter arrival time) of each passenger per hour. In order to get an overall viewpoint of the passenger s excellence of service, the questionnaire is framed to collect data from the passengers directly. newlineQueuing theory gives an efficient mathematical insight for the cram of several overcrowding phenomena. This thesis pact with modeling and analyses of certain queuing model with a kind of synchronization and their applications. newlineThis research has focused on the mandatory processing facilities such as check-in- process, security, immigration and customs through the application of queuing theory. The queue problem at international a
