T newlineThe pharmaceutical draw on of metal complexes has excellent potential and broad arrays of medicinal applications of metal complexes have been investigated. The success of cisplatin has aroused great interest in the development of new metal complexes. In the explore designed for potential chemotherapeutic agents, a substantial effort has been made on the design and improvement of chemotherapeutic agents that contain heterocyclic structures as their main structural plan. newlineThe coordination chemistry of copper (II) attracts much attention because of its biological relevance and its own interesting coordination chemistry such as geometry, flexible redox property, and oxidation state. Nowadays, coordination compounds have been known to be useful in constructing molecular information processing systems, particularly by biological self-organizing processes. newlineEspecially for this purpose, synthesis, and structural and chemical characterization of copper complexes has been attempted to mimic metalloenzymes. Recently, we tried to prepared new materials for awesome procedure. With the heterocyclic molecules,P¬diketimine and its derivatives have exhibited several biological and pharmacological activities. In the past few decades, the research work was listening carefully on the design and development of medicinal essential molecules. The structural modification on heterocyclic gallows could yield successful therapeutic agents without side effects. The present research work be concentrated on synthesis and characterization of some novel schiff base ligands of 2-aminobenzimidazole derivatives.(derived from 2-amino benzimidazole with Knoevenagel condensate of I3-ketaimine(obtained from (3¬diketone with substituted benzaldehyde) and their copper(II) complexes. and their copper(II) complexes. Furthermore, we propose to test the antimycobacterial activity of the synthesized ligands and their complexes using pathogenic microorganisms. Pharmacological and inhibitory activities are also to be performed. We hope that pharmacologi
