Abstract:  School is considered as the base of human s life, and the period of newlineadolescence is known as the period to give shape and strength to life. In this newlineadolescence period, due to lack of adjustment ability, the development in life can be newlinestruck, in spite of having intelligence ability. newlineIn school time, many students face problem for educational, emotional, social newlineadjustment. Therefore, school, society, parents and teachers have to understand the newlinestudents problems for adjustment and have to get rid of them. If these adjustment newlineproblems are removed, the students development will be easy. newlineTo minimize problems in adjustment, the school environment should be kept newlinecheerful. Schools must have democracy. Every student must have freedom to express newlinetheir opinion. Equal opportunity must be given to all students in school. Teacher must newlinenot discriminate students. The teacher-student relationship should be friendly, newlinerespectful. Teacher should try to inculcate the self-discipline in students. Parents newlineshould also keep in touch with the teachers, going beyond only admission. The newlineparent-student relation should be pleasant and have the awareness of responsibility. newlineSchool activities should not only be done, but the values of those activities should be newlineinculcated. Then only a moral and progressive society will be developed, with the newlinehelp of mixture of intelligence and adjustment. So that, in the present research, by newlinecomparing the intelligence and adjustment, by considering the problems in students newlineadjustment, the plan of action is made to develop the adjustment ability. newline
