Identification of novel and set of potential biomarkers correlated with specific cardiovascular diseases among diabetic patients

Abstract

The research work of the thesis entitled Identification of novel and set of potential biomarkers correlated with specific cardiovascular diseases among diabetic patients is based on the identification of biomarkers to understand the progression of cardiovascular diseases newlineamong diabetic patients. To detect a specific marker in cardiovascular disease among diabetes, we chose different potential candidate markers such as i.e. H2S, NO, GDF-11, GDF-15, vitamin D, inflammatory markers and metabolic hormones. All these parameters were measured from patients with diabetes and cardiovascular diseases and linked to the newlineseverity of the disease. newline
