dc.description.abstract | The Main objective of the present work was to design, formulate and optimize the lyophilisation process for Palonosetron Hydrochloride, Azacitidine and Gemcitabine Hydrochloride molecules intended to develop as a parenteral lyophilised dosage forms. Palonosetron Hydrochloride is a 5-HT3 antagonist used to prevention of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting.
