Abstract: The Main objective of the present work was to design, formulate and optimize the lyophilisation process for Palonosetron Hydrochloride, Azacitidine and Gemcitabine Hydrochloride molecules intended to develop as a parenteral lyophilised dosage forms. Palonosetron Hydrochloride is a 5-HT3 antagonist used to prevention of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting. Azacitidine is an anticancer drug used in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome. newlineGemcitabine hydrochloride is an anticancer drug used in various carcinomas including non-small cell lung cancer. newline
