The oral route of drug delivery is typically considered the preferred and most patientconvenient means of administration. This is the most common route of administration of newlinedrugs because of the several advantages such as ease of administration, least aseptic constraints and the ease of the manufacture of the dosage form. Another great advantage that oral route offers for formulation design is it has variable and versatile physiological conditions at different parts starting from mouth.
