In the world newlinemarket, India compared to other nations, competes for an increase in the market share. newlineImproving the quality of the products and services in India has become a concern for newlinebusiness organizations, especially in the service industry. In the growing literature, newlineservice quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, especially, have taken newlinecenter stage. But there is only limited evidence in the literature about the study of newlineinternational airline passengers and their loyalty towards native airlines. newlineThe domestic market for air travel in India is on a high whereas the newlineinternational market has considerably increased, but the successful increase in newlinepassenger traffic in the domestic market in the airline industry in India has not been newlineseen in the international airline market in India
