Abstract: This study gives vision that, product attributes impact most to the post purchasing satisfaction as this is preliminary requirements for purchasing house including basic needs, design specification, layout, and area. Service is a great concern for sellers where they are not ready to accept the change in the mind set of buyers and the rising expectation. Even though sellers are rating satisfactory for services attributes, but story is having pit fall from the buyers. Expectation is high which must be meet by sellers after gaps realization. Acceptance can only lead to the effort to improvement. If gap can be measured between buyer s expectation and current level of services offered by sellers than only the improvement will happen and result in delighted customers in competitive market where the product attributes freeze between the locality, pricing and product. newlineCorrelation between service attributes and post purchasing satisfaction is yet to achieve in future. Concept of differentiating on service is going to be competitive edge of the sellers. Relationship managers role is very vital in the decision-making process of purchasing and his training need to be placed strategically to have better understanding of the customers and provide precise information and service. newlineThis research will be a small step to create a footprint for new emerging service sensitive market for purchasing residential property newline newline
