Abstract: | Competency mapping is a means through which one judges and determines one s powers as an individual worker and in some cases, as a component of an organization. It generally examines two sections: emotional intelligence or emotional quotient (EQ), and powers of the individual in cities like team structure, leadership, and determination-making. Comprehensive organizations usually employ some form of competency mapping to know how to apply the competencies of strengths of workers most efficiently. They may also use competency mapping to investigate the combination of teams in different workers to provide the most active groups and the most excellent quality job. The ultimate objective is to find out the Competency Mapping of Employees in Selected Private Sector Banks in Chennai City. The study to focuses to identify the current level of competencies among the employees of selected private sectors banks in Chennai city; To examine the association between level of competency mapping and demographic profile of the private sector banks employees; To investigate whether there is any correlation between competency mapping and organizational effectiveness of selected private sector banks in Chennai city; To find out the impact of competencies on the level of organizational effectiveness of selected private sector banks in Chennai city; and To find out the most possessed and least possessed competencies by the employees in private sector banks. newline |
