Abstract: | Work-life balance is a state of equilibrium in which the demands of both a person s job and personal life are equal. The banking employees of Perambalur District are facing plenty of issues and challenges to adjust their Work Life Balance due to several reasons and they are; In terms of literacy rate, the district of Perambalur is in 25th place out of 32 districts of Tamil Nadu and the literacy rate is 74.32 per cent and it is in the last spot of table of state per capita income and the per capita income is Rs.17761. The personnel working in banking environment must be doubly cautious rather than other sectors and the rules and regulations which are pertaining with this sector is getting rapidly changed. Conducting of research on Work Life Balance can be continued without any full - stop because of several inclusive things (variables) are emerging round the clock and they are influencing all the segment of Work Life Balance. The study is conducted by using both analytical and descriptive type of methodology. The simple random sampling method is applied to collect the primary data. newline |
