Abstract: The modern trend in Metal Matrix Composites (MMC) Aluminum newline4032 is to reinforce with reinforcement elements by different influencing newlineparameters.. This process occurs in the room temperature by stir casting newlineprocedure. The mechanical properties and parameters are analysed with Material newlineRemoval Rate (MRR), Tool Wear Rate (TWR) and depth. These processes are newlinedirected by the reinforcement particles and the procedures are practiced in the newlineEDM machining process. The mechanical characteristic values were calculated for the Al 4032 newlinecomposite alloy and it proves that enhancement in mechanical strength is owing newlineto influence in reinforcement elements. The composite alloy Al 4032 was newlineanalysed with copper electrode tool by Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) newlineprocess. Detection of optimize factors were analysed in EDM machining process newlineand utilized to attain the characteristics of optimization parameters. newlineThe input parameters are predictable to group the machiningprocedure. Taguchi L25 orthogonal array is used to analyse the optimized parameters. The investigation of variation is employed to inspect the percentage newlineof contribution with every parameter. The Al 4032 composites are measured newlinewith the different characteristics of the Pulse-ON, Pulse-OFF, Current (Amps). newlineThe three limits of the Al 4032 composites were analysed with MRR, TWR and newlinedepth. The mechanical and Tribological performance of Al 4032 composites newlinewere examined with the control of reinforcement particles. The reinforced newlinecomposite Al 4032 was produced during stir casting procedure at room newlinetemperature with combination of reinforcement elements Zirconium diboride newline(ZrB2) and Titanium diboride (TiB2) in various weight percentages. The dry newlinesliding test was analysed for the enhancement of specimen during pin-on-disc newlineequipment to decide the mechanical properties newline newline
