The recurring demands of skilled and specialized manpower from the newlineindustrial sector are not being met as a large section of graduates lack the necessary critical newlinethinking and analytical skills required by the industry. The industry, academia collaboration is newlineall about information transfer and experience/technology transfer. A solid Industry Academia newlinerelationship is of key significance not just for delivering specialized alumni appropriate for newlineindustry needs yet additionally for making an environment of development and business newlineenterprise. The main aim of this study is to mention the importance of education, business and newlinesustainability over each other. With increasing globalization, the challenges are international. To newlinemeet the complex challenges effectively, organizations need knowledgeable workforce and newlineinnovative sustainable practices. Education and learning along with practices of pioneering newlinesustainability strategies play key role in meeting challenges of contemporary business newlineenvironment. newlineThis research tries to bridge the gap that currently exists between Industry and Academia. And newlinethe 3rd aspect to this collaboration which is Government has also been taken into consideration. newlineThis research work had the aim to find out the Potentialities and strengths of Academia newlineIndustry-Government in Indian Higher Education system. At the same time this research also had newlinethe aim to identify the barriers because which Industry Academia collaboration had not been newlineeffective till date. Further the research was an attempt to find out the potential areas where newlineIndustry Academia collaboration will be most effective for synergy.-
