Abstract: As there are a lot of benefits related to physical activity, researchers stressed upon exploring relationship among exercises and numerous health improvement eating habits along with academic achievement of college girls studying in the Chandigarh. The survey study was conducted on 1000 girls having age range between 18 to 25 years studying in the affiliated colleges of Chandigarh. The study was conducted by using standardized tools related to these variables eating behaviour, obesity, emotional intelligence, academic achievement and physical activity. To find out the significance relationship of eating behaviour, obesity, emotional intelligence and academic achievement of college girls in relation to their physical activity coefficient of correlation test was applied to find out significance relationship between means. Further, to testing the hypotheses the level of significance set at 0.05. The finding of the study suggested significant differences between high physical activity and light activity group in relation to oral control and bulimia. No significant differences were found between group of light, moderate and high level of physical activities on the variables emotional stability, managing relation, value orientation, commitment and altruistic behaviour. Further, oral control, dieting, eating behaviour, self awareness, empathy, and bulimia has been found to be positively correlated with different level of physical activity. The conclusion drawn and newlinesuggested would be useful for the further research. These finding of this study would be helpful to understand the relationship among these variables newline newline
