The purposive sampling technique was applied for selection criterion; age and sex are matched to that of the controls An experimental design would be implemented, to evaluate the effects of asynchronous music and meditation exert upon flow states, emotions (anxiety), cognitive abilities (attention and dual attention) and further to show their concordance with Oxytocin and BDNF levels among shooters. For this purpose, one group, with N=15, would be subjected to Asynchronous music for a period of 8-12 weeks and another group, with N=15, would be subjected to participate in cyclic meditation, for the period of 12 weeks and the third group, with N=15, would be controlled. The data would be measured and evaluated, using pre-post-test, neuro-psychological parameters and molecular analysis. The final result would be compared among various shooters performance, henceforth, for the recommendation to sports ministry and sports authority of India. newline
