Abstract: A quick look at the global market place will show that organizations are newlinegiving more and more features in their products and services to remain competitive newlineand enhance the customer confidence. Organizations like Apple, Samsung, 3M etc newlinealso try creating new products to give new experiences to the customer. newlineIf look into the path travelled by a mobile over years ,it is understandable newlinethat it has made distance and time very small and brought the entire world on palm newlinetop. newlineA continuous innovation in products and services only can make this newlinepossible.A closer look inside such innovation organizations will show a sustainable newlineinnovation are there existing at all level. Behind that, innovation culture we can also newlinesee and hear a relentless drumbeat by the leaders supporting innovation in all newlinepossible ways. newlineThe country is leading in exporting software because IT industries play vital newlinerole in developing software and rendering services. To sustain in the global market, newlinethe leaders of IT Organisation must be innovation leaders and develop a system and newlinedefine innovation process. In spite many leadership theories are discussed in various newlineliteratures, this research findings deliberately brings out the important traits for the newlineleaders that are needed to sustain growth of an organisation. For growth of an newlineorganisation solely depends on innovation. So organizations in need of innovation newlineleadership. This innovation leadership helps to frame Organisation innovation newlineculture. newlineIn IT companies, the innovations are being done for customers. But newlineCustomers often define their wants by their needs, but they don t always have the newlinevision to see beyond what s currently possible. Henry Ford famously said, If I had newlineasked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses . So top leaders newlineshould be innovative leaders and really to have empathy to understand unarticulated newlineneeds of the customers. newlineResearch findings have indicated that there is a strong relationship between newlineinnovation leadership and organizational innovation culture. The detailed study of newlinethis study explains the various innovation traits of leaders in IT organization and newlinetheir effort on framing innovation process and system in the organization. These newlinetwo major components such as innovative leadership and organization innovation newlineculture brings successful factors of organization. The success factors of organization newlineare determined by external, individual and enterprise benefits. We can therefore newlineconclude that a number of dominant relationships exists between innovation newlineleadership, Organisation innovation culture and success factors of an organization. newline
