Transport is the prime source of mobility in urban society It newlineprovides convenient mode of carrier to meet multifarious activities of citizens newlineHowever it emits obnoxious and toxic pollutants and creates serious health newlinehazards to biotic community Two stroke engines are indispensable in certain newlineareas of applications and they offer excellent power to weight ratio and newlinelower NOx emission levels The major drawbacks of two stroke engines are newlinetheir poor scavenging performance and rich mixture operation If the engine newlinecould be operated with slightly lean mixture there will be a reduction in newlinefuel consumption and exhaust emissions However it is important that any newlinemethod or modification done to improve the fuel economy and reduce newlineemissions should retain the simplicity and low cost of manufacturing newlineMagnetically activated fuel on lean combustion is a promising newlinemethod to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions Magnetic source newlineactivates the fuel coming through the fuel line and better prepares it for newlinecombustion This method requires minimum modifications and can be easily newlineadapted even to the existing engines fitted in vehicles newline newlineen_US
