Abstract: At prima facie, the research work appears to be employee reporting relationship in IT outsourcing newlineindustry and it is more of the HR-specific but the study is actually focussing on various critical newlinefactors of globalization, virtual organization, international business, information technology, newlineinfrastructure technology outsourcing, interpersonal skills along with cultural awareness and neutral newlinecommunication with various reporting relationship in the IT outsourcing organization that exist newlinetoday. newlineIT industry, by and large, is very different from non-IT industry segment from various aspects newlinebecause of its nature of the business to deal with, the requirements from clients, stringent mandatory standards for globalization to meet delivery framework and to provide cost-effective solutions. newlineMatrix organization system is a well-known framework in non-IT industries and a great number of research studies were conducted in the past on this organizational segment. The current research newlineemphasizes on the study of matrix framework implementation in the IT outsourcing industry and explores the various artefacts by conducting numerous surveys crossing the geographical boundaries across several large ITO segments present internationally. It highlights the need for further investigation of various concepts by conducting further formal research to evaluate the true worthy of a matrix framework in ITO outsourcing segment.this study explored the current situation of the ITO. Majority of the factors needs an attention and the possible remediation for each issue is explained. The action plan from the ITO newlineorganizations is needed, as they play a vital role in the effectiveness of Matrix organization system. This study also would help in suggesting further research scope in MOS, as there are some factors that need exceptional attention to analyse and understand better through the unique research process. newline
