The simple motive behind the emergence of Grid computing is to satisfy the growing demands of processing a huge amount of information. Grid computing represents a distributed environment which handles various computations. Simulation of the grid environment plays a vital role in newlineevaluating the effect of potential data handling techniques. Further, grid scheduling is the process of scheduling jobs over grid resources. The metrics used to assess the quality of scheduling in grid includes makespan and flowtime. The need for minimizing the latencies refines the workflow s gross execution time and therefore it leads to a more effective and resilient newlineprocessing environment. This aims at evaluating a novel replication strategy related to an economic model that produces an optimized result. The output of the replication strategy is assessed with the help of a data grid simulator and the outcomes shows that the use of data replication strategies and job scheduling affects both the overall usage and job throughput of the grid resources. In the present research, resource allocation and task scheduling techniques on Heterogeneous Distributed Computing System (HDCS) are proposed. It concentrates mainly on the concept of resource utilization and sharing across geographical boundaries. newline newline
