Abstract: | In major modern applications, wireless communication plays a foremost key role. The technical rebellion urges wireless communication to be a prime concept for round the clock communication. The increasing demand to access Internet via high-bandwidth wireless networks for bulk data transfer also increases day to day. Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) has turned out to be effective for information transmission over remote medium. Because of disadvantages of wired medium a remote medium is favoured. MANET is broadly utilized as a part of tremendous applications like military and hazardous situations. The mobility of nodes leads to the deficiency of central administration that creates more possibility of active and passive attacks in the network. MANET is additionally the system that contains gathering of hubs. The system has no central administration and every hub can move unreservedly among the network. Because of versatility of hubs the system topology may differ as often as possible and due to this attacker will perform attacks effectively. Consequently a noteworthy issue in the remote medium is security. Attacker will be available in the network as malicious hubs. Game theory acts as a useful tool to resolve the security problems in MANETs newline |
