Sharing and improving the utilization of resources through effective scheduling in cloud environment

Abstract

Dynamic resource provisioning along with the conception of superficially unlimited resources is a fascinating scientific workflows quickly into Cloud Computing (CC) environment. Previous researches in the implementation of scientific workflows in clouds attempted to reduce the workflow execution time and ignored budgets as well as time limit or concentrated on the reduction of cost when attempting to reach the application target and did not reach the determination of the execution time of the every task in the workflow. On the other hand, they developed limited approaches to rectify the delays produced by negative values of tasks execution time in the provided performance of leased public cloud resources. Then it did not improve the abilities of the system by facilitating safe repetition of tasks crosswise multiple clouds. The proposed research concentrates on making a schedule, which reduces the complete execution cost of a workflow, while fulfilling a user-defined target with superior security. The proposed work has been performed with the assistances of an Enhanced Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) based IaaS Cloud Partial Critical Path (IC-PCP) with Replication algorithm (EAIPR), newline
