Abstract: | In the present work, we have tried to articulate and boost new organic articles by linking several different kinds of substituted coumarin with previously prepared aniline mustard and simple N-nitrogen mustard. Each of the derived molecules was characterized by the progressive structural interpretation techniques like 1H NMR, IR, and Mass spectroscopy. The purity of all organic compounds was tested by the routine chromatographic method. Each of the newly synthesized molecules was put forward for their anticancer activity where Human Colon Cancer Cell Line Colo-205 Cell line was tested, effectively six compounds were found to be equally potent to the commercially available drug (Adriamycin) for the in-vitro condition. newline |
