Abstract: Electro Chemical Micro Machining (ECMM) is a very promisingtechnology in the today s rapid growing industrial sector. It offers severaladvantages like higher machining rate, better precision and control, machining wide range of materials, cost effective, lack of residual stressesand cracks, non-appearance of heat affected layer and environmental friendly. The major influence for the development of Electro Chemical Machiningcomes from the aerospace industry where very hard alloys are required to be newlinemachined without separating a defective layer in order to produce acomponent which would behave reliably. Electro Chemical Machining ismainly used for the production of gas turbine blades or to machine materialsinto complex shapes that would be hard to machine using conventionalmachining methods. The ECMM process is capable of machining electricallyconductive, hard to cut materials without introducing any deformation onmachined optimization of process parameters of Electrochemical Micro newlineMachining on Beryllium Copper C17200 surface. Beryllium Copper (CuBe)has high potency with non-magnetic and non-sparking qualities and it hasbrilliant metalworking, forming and machining qualities. newline newline
