Abstract: Aluminium based metal matrix composites have numerous applications in automobile and aeronautical industries because of their better wear, chemical and mechanical properties compared to their parent materials as well as other commonly used metals. Now a day, there is a lot of modern developments including the older newlineday policy in new ways, similarly there is a great demand for the material changes. In this study, the researcher has taken the Cow Dung ash as one the reinforcements. As we all know the Cow dung ash has been in many appliances such as Pot and dish cleaner, Brass polisher, Fertilizer, Mud brick additive and Excellent as a Tooth powder. The greatest glory of adding Cow dung ash as a water purifier. This option of adding cow dung ash is so cheap that anyone can afford it and it also reduces the weight. Especially automobile and aerospace industries are working on the weight reduction technology and looking for the alternate source of material. This induces us to go with the Cow Dung Ash as the major reinforcement. The present work concentrates on the fabrication and testing of A1 6061 reinforced with Titanium carbide, Silicon Carbide, Boron carbide and Cow dung ash (Al 6061+SiC+CDA, Al 6061+B4C+CDA and Al 6061+TiC+CDA) by stir casting method. Further each material is taken in three different composition by Varying the weight percentage. Each composition will have three part, Among three materials, Weight percentage of Aluminium is maintained by 90% to find the optimum out of Nine Compositions. The second part of composition is taken 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% Weight percentage of Cow Dung Ash is added. newline newline
