Abstract: | The domain of CSR in the last twenty years has changed phenomenally, there is a continuous effort by management researchers to enhance the excellence in the way CSR function in a company. In the race of bottom-line enhancement companies not afford to ignore the requirement of its employees, society and the environment. Over these years CSR has taken a center stage for the manager and researchers to discover new paradigm for the quality enhancement of the lives of employees and society equally. The process of Liberalization, globalization and privatization of Indian economy brought various new concepts of CSR to India from western countries CSR, in spite of that there is a dearth of internal and external studies on the social newlineresponsibility of a company. Decision makers of CSR need to be aware of the thrust areas of CSR model to enhance the image of CSR internally and externally in mind of employees and society regarding the ethical aspect of CSR. This study covers the perception of employee of a manufacturing or organization towards the internal and external CSR activities. This Researcher carried out related literature review to identify the gap and prepared structured questionnaire with Likert-scale, researcher started collecting data from the manufacturing companies located in Bengaluru that satisfies present CSR norms of the companies act 2014. The survey is administered by distributing the questionnaire personally and through an online platform. newline newline |
