Abstract: | Wireless short-range communication technologies into mobile devices promising for spontaneous communication, interaction and collaboration. Spontaneous communication of mobile devices leads to Opportunistic networks, a new and astonishing advancement in mobile ad-hoc networking. Human centric wireless sensor networks (HWSN) support the sensing activities. Opportunistic sensing ascertain a new people centric, dynamic and highly mobile communication model. An opportunistic sensing system depends on a large scale, heterogeneous and unpredictable collection of users personal devices. Sensor networks collect detailed information from every node periodically; the actual challenge is to collect sensor data continuously. Multiple challenges can arise such as confidentiality, privacy issues, Integrity issues, availability issue etc. The main logic is to collect the available information from all nodes of a network and then optimal data are taken randomly. Using the optimal data, the actual behavior of the network can be found easily. But while gathering the data or saving the characteristics network may get into data issues, integrity or security challenges. Sometimes the user does not want all his own data to be monitored by a system even he wants to know his own characteristics from any other part of communication. Lot more security features can be applied to each part of opportunistic network which may lead the user not feel bad about information which he gives through the sensors attached on electronic devices. newline newline newline |
