Abstract: | Today, the significance of an observing and modifiable many different constraints in the areas like food industry, medical analyses, sanitation, ecological protection, medicine are rapidly growing. Consequently, there is an essential to ensure consistent systematic expedients accessible, which are able to achieve speedy and precise analyses. The best way is to overawed several hindrances of the conservative procedures is to use suitable deliberate biosensor. Scientometric is the discipline of quantifying and examining the science literature. Several studies have uncovered the issue of Biosensor research analysis and its neckline on keeping up the innovative work. This research analysis is to investigate the research output in Biosensor literature in the World during 1977-2015. In this study an attempt has been made to know the performance of Biosensor research output in terms of author productivity, doubling time, activity index, institutional productivity, country-wise, language-wise, keyword-wise, source-title-wise, document type, and the other areas of research in Biosensors etc. A total of 51768 documents published in the field of Biosensor for a period of 39 years both the year 1977 and 2015 have been taken for this study. The research output of biosensor research all over the world, the growth rate and doubling time were being increased from the year 1982 and gradually increased up to 2015. Majority of the documents have been published in the form of Journal articles (84.83%) followed by Conference proceedings with 11.15%. Book s Series occupied 2.26% followed by Books with 1.39%. newline newline newline |
