Abstract: Background of the study: The word interview comes from Latin and French words meaning to see between or see each other . Generally, interview is a meeting between people when questions are asked and answers are given. The person who answers the questions of an interview is an interviewee. The person who asks the questions of interview is an interviewer. It is a meeting between two persons for the purpose of knowing, understanding and analyzing each other. newline
