Abstract: | To enhance the information security, there are many methods used in reality. The video authentication is one where the content of the video will be authenticated using some methods. To enhance the quality of service of the network or the channel the content of the video has to be authenticated and there should be no video frame broadcasted without authenticating the video. Video authentication plays a vital role in many sensitive data applications. Essentially video authentication performances are broadly categorized into four categories: watermark based techniques, Digital signature based techniques, authentication techniques, and other intelligent techniques. Some research has been done earlier for the authentication of video content, but suffers to achieve the performance. Each video has different number of video frames and the visible quality of the video differs with video format. The frame rate can be modified and altered to increase the throughput and continue the transmission continuously. Further, encoding each frame of the video introduces higher time complexity and the decryption approach has to search for the block at each time. By changing the block at the end of each session, the security of the video can be further improved. Also, it reduces the time complexity of verification. The frame rate block selection approach has not been used earlier and the network conditions in the selection of frame were not considered. This introduces higher latency, when there is a huge traffic and also some of the frames are missing. Identification of the video blocks, i.e scene oriented frames digital watermark has not been considered, which also increases the latency. The existing methods do not produce high quality video authentication and suffers to achieve the quality video transmission in video authentication. newline |
