Abstract: | Science and technological development in the recent days fail newlineto focus on the safety aspects for incorporation in the industries. In fact, newlinenatural disaster and crisis cannot be overcome, nevertheless, any accident that newlinetook placeon the account of negligence can always be controlled. The reasons newlinefor industrial revolution are to mobilize capital investment and to generate newlinejobs. Also, industrial revolution focused on manufacturing products at a newlinelower cost and to make the human community to depend on the international newlinemarket. This brought out a high competition between the international newlinemarketers and ultimately it compromised the safety aspects in terms of newlinemanufacturing the products at a lower cost. The research towards safety newlinemeasures in industry is very limited in India. The principal aim of the newlineresearch work is to analyse the reasons for accidents related to unsafe newlinebehaviour of a personnel. Several researchers describe the numerous newlineinvestigations that have reveal that outsourcing triggers accidents risks and newlinedetailed a number of points for this concept. For instance, higher proneness newlineof outside employees to accidents were offices, nevertheless, the standard newlinecausal factors of accidents have not been reviewed in great depths. The newlineattention is on work carried out in the factory floor area for or by an newlineestablishment operating in the domain of manufacturing. At outsourced newlinemanufacturing operations for work accidents happen quite often with newlinereference when installations or preparations for work are being engaged newlineupon. With reference to reports, dangerous practices at work as well as newlineinsufficient identification of hazards quite often stimul newline newline |
