Abstract: | Wireless Personal Area Network WPAN deployed with Ultra Wideband UWB communication system is quite popular as it possesses the capability to transmit an extensively high bit rate over a short range UWB Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing UWB OFDM is another form of UWB technique which is often deployed for conducting research as well as standardized in relation to usage for high rate UWB physical layer wherein the respective frequency band is segregated as different bands and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing OFDM symbol transmission across bands is carefully carried out in a harmonious manner along with Time Frequency Code TFC However how to address the low complexity highly accurate carrier and frequency offset estimation for time invariant as well as time variant channels becomes a difficult task For Ultra Wide Band Multi Band Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing UWB MBOFDM systems timing carrier and frequency errors cause Inter Symbol Interferences ISI that destroy the orthogonality of subcarriers and degrade system performance The main goal of this research work is to estimate the frequency and time domain offset accurately by introducing various optimization techniques The proposed research methodologies lead to achieve better computation result in terms of optimal and accurate estimation frequency offset value so that the optimized outcome can be obtained newline |
