dc.description.abstract | Wireless network systems will continue with progressively good standard and have permitted communication among mobile devices by standard network protocols Mobile Ad hoc Network MANET is a system comprising of a collection of nodes which can connect to every other without aid from a network set up In an ad hoc network connectivity is achieved in the form of a multihop graph between the nodes There is an increasing attention on mobile ad hoc networks inspired by the developments in wireless technology and the variety of potential applications that might be understood with such technology Due to the lack of infrastructure and their dynamic nature networks mandate fresh networking protocols to enjoy the full benefits of versatile communication systems. The Quality of Service QoS of the network depends on the station position coverage configuration transmission power and interference level In distinct wired networks the topology may change continuously and hence the QoS parameters also vary dynamically As the topology is dynamic planning the structure of MANET is exciting and hard The network should be capable of reconfiguring itself built on the changing nature of the terminals and based on the application it is running along with the protocols used newline newline newline | |
