Avoiding or not recognizing the change in our daily life or in a company may cause loss, less productivity and possibly resulting in its failure. Intrapreneurship is a tool which allows the companies or industries to take challenges and face the reality of competition both for survival and sustenance. Intrapreneurship helps thecompanies to prosper. Intrapreneur:The quality of Intrapreneurship present in every individual employee is the key ingredient required for implementing intrapreneurship spirit and culture in the industries or any workplace. Employees attitudes and the behavioural attributes, demographics, work ethics, environment and culture are significant contributors to intrapreneurship in the work place. Components of Intrapreneurship:Intrapreneurship has two well defined components, employee and the environment surrounding him/her in the work area. Intrapreneurship factors:This research work on industries looks at identifying the percentage of the intrapreneurial quality both in the employee attitude and the work place. The present work focuses on relevant factors already present and also to quantify the factors who are acting as barriers to its implementation and progress of intrapreneurship. The factors relating to the two main attributes, behavioral and work place related are studied and analysed. Employees selected are from the varied industry types depending on the product or service, physically located in the Garden city, Bengaluru, capital of Karnataka, and an important city in India is used for this study. newline newline
