Abstract: | Globalization is changing the way people work and live. One of newlinethe major challenges society faces today is to prepare individuals and newlineorganizations to deal with change and rapid proliferation of information and newlinecontinually update their knowledge. The majority of valid knowledge today newlinewill be obsolete in a short period of time. It requires from each one an newlineenormous capacity to adapt to new situations. More creative, critical and newlineanalytical people are more able to adapt to change and cope with the newlinechallenges of present. It is important to train individuals to adapt themselves newlineto the changing world. Creative, critical and analytical thinking skills are newlinevalued today, on problems solving and decision making processes. More than newlinejust acquiring knowledge and information, students need to train their newlinethinking skills, to be able to apply knowledge acquired, take decisions and newlineacquire new knowledge. Using creative, critical and analytical thinking skills, newlineindividuals can form an opinion about present issues, take rational and newlinecreative decisions The school administrators are responsible for administering newlinelearning development which emphasizes processes, management and newlineconfronting real situations and the application of knowledge for preventing newlineand solving problems, organizing activities to enable learning from actual newlineexperience, analyzing and satisfactory achievement to enable learners to be newlineall round knowledgeable. newline newline |
