dc.description.abstractThis work proposes various approaches to track the work progress of the research field including cocitations and crosscitations through text newlinemining Development trajectory analysis has been explored in many research newlinefields using patent and citation information newlineThis work employs various bibliometric methods to analyse and newlinetrack the most significant paths of work progress which is further used to newlinetrace the developing trajectory of a research article The objective is to trace newlinethe development trajectory of a particular research article by application of newlinesemantic document analysis techniques The study provides valuable newlineinformation for academic researchers and scholars to gain insights into newlinedevelopment trajectory of any given research article It incorporates the newlineintegrated main path analysis approach with which it helps to view the true newlinepath in which the research idea said in the seed research article has newlineprogressed It gives the valid citations of the article that have really carried newlineout the ideas mentioned in the future work of research article For this power newlinegraphs are utilized to represent the multitude of information contained in the newlinecitation trajectories Using of power graphs also contribute to dimensionality newlinereduction of citation networks without any loss of information. newline newline
