Abstract: | Scientific upgrading in the field of thin films has a major role to play for many potential applications Transition Metal Oxide TMO films and Lithium based thin film batteries are increasingly studied due to its flexibility low cost of production high reliability superior performance extreme compactness and corresponding reduction in sizes and weights low power consumption etc In this work a detailed study has been made on the development of Lithium Transition Metal Oxides LTMO thin films viz Lithium Manganese Oxide LMO Lithium Cobalt Oxide LCO and Lithium Iron Phosphate LFP thin films via spin coating method optimization of newlinecoating parameters and to study their properties Chapter 1 provides an introduction about the salient features of LTMO The objectives of the present work review of literature about the preparation techniques the structural optical electrical and surface properties of LiMn2O4 LiCoO2 and LiFePO4 are summed up The description and working details of a simple and novel PCmicrocontroller interfaced spin coating unit has been presented in the firstpart of Chapter 2 The complete features on the various cauterization techniques engaged in the present work for the material properties analysis has been discussed in the second part of the Chapter newline newline |
