Abstract: Over the years, the strong and absolute indexed summabilities with applications to Fourier series have gained a considerable importance and several works have been ap- peared in the literature using various kind of summability methods (ordinary and statis- tical), namely Ces`aro summability, Reisz summability, N¨orlund summability, Harmonic summability etc. In the present thesis, more developments have been made by authors in the same direction with introduction of several new results by using strong and ab- solute index summabilities, Tauberian theorems, deferred Ces`aro summability, deferred N¨orlund summability and deferred Reisz summability. newline newline
