Relying on the fact that environmental laws have not been able to imbibe in man the true spirit of environment protection and buoyed by a certain limit of failure that one can attach to existing environmental laws, the researcher aims to create a new jurisprudence, by advocating for the need of sustainable energy at a time where the globe at large is facing unprecedented shortfall in fossil fuels . What is aimed is the creation of a blue print for towards the adoption of sustainable energy globally up to the third world countries, which has resonated with many legal systems around the globe. The research also looks into best country practices that can serve as blue prints to 3rd world countries as they turn from fossil fuels to sustainable forms of energy with the help of International organisations. The ultimate goal is to create a change where sustainable energy will be adopted globally. newline
