Every country does have almost a common structure of education system including primary, secondary and higher level of education. After providing a necessary base, primary education extends into secondary education. All educational levels are important but secondary education is equally important in the sense it stretches a central line between primary education and higher education. Secondary education serves as a bridge between primary education and higher education (Nayak and Rao, 2002). It is a powerful tool to build the knowledge-based society. It is considered as one of the important instruments for development of any country. The quality of secondary education is determined by quality standard in secondary schools which in turn is determined by quality relationships among school stakeholders. In fact, it is the climate of secondary school that reflects the quality education imparted in a particular secondary school. This climate varies from one educational institution to another educational institution. Different people in an educational institution interact to each other to influence one another s behaviour which is an important ingredient of school climate.
